HOLLYWOOD legend Robert Altman told yesterday how he and others openly smoked cannabis in front of Tony Blair and the Prime Minister didn't flinch.

The 79-year-old film director said Mr Blair made no effort to protest or leave the room when he and fellow guests at a showbusiness dinner party lit up marijuana joints.
