Seventy million euros is a lot to spend on a boat, particularly when you've got to decorate it yourself. But for interior designers Nick and Christian Candy it's a basic work expense. When Candyscape II is unveiled to the public at May's Monaco Grand Prix, it will spend a long weekend hosting Hollywood A-listers, oligarchs and top sportsmen - and the rest of its life won't be much different. Because this 203ft yacht is a floating showroom for everything the multimillionaire design consultants offer their even richer clients.
'Candyscape I was a refit, but this was a completely new build, from a yard in Italy called Viareggio,' says elder brother Nick. 'It's primarily a marketing tool, to show our ability to design different spaces, whether it be a yacht, plane, chalet, palace or apartment.
