Q My credit card was recently stolen. It was a couple of weeks before I realised my loss and in that time, a significant amount of money had been withdrawn from the account. The bank claims I will have to bear the loss myself because whoever withdrew the money seems to have had access to my PIN. I had insurance but the insurance company is also refusing to pay. Have I any means of redress?
