David Cameron announces that the Tories want to end the welfare culture that now has a grip on our society, beginning with those in receipt of incapacity benefits, and immediately the scaremongers cry foul as if the plan is to drag people from their sick beds and chain them to a desk or production line.

This is, of course, not the plan and genuine claimants need not worry as there should, in fact, be more help available to them.
