Sainsbury's has agreed to pay Pounds 50,000 to settle a Pounds 1.8 million claim for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination by a business analyst whom it sacked. But Louise Tarbuck, 53, who lodged the claim to cover loss of future earnings, is Pounds 100,000 out of pocket because her legal costs are estimated to be triple her award.
