SETANTA could still be taken over by American billionaire Len Blavatnik even though its rights to next season's live Premier League football matches will be put up for auction tomorrow after it failed to make a Pounds 10 million payment.

The Irish pay-TV broadcaster failed to reach agreement with Blavatnik on Friday on a deal that would have given him a controlling stake for Pounds 20 million.
