SENIOR Virgin Atlantic executives will this week be in court testifying against four past and present British Airways managers who have been accused of an alleged 'criminal cartel offence'.
The four, Andrew Crawley, head of sales at BA, and three former executives - Martin George, ex-commercial director; Iain Burns, former communications chief; and Alan Burnett, ex-head of UK and Ireland sales - have been brought to trial after Virgin Atlantic blew the whistle over the alleged price-fixing of fuel surcharges.See the full content of this document
