Summary
D. F. writes: I started to make provision in 1971 for my retirement and paid Pounds 600 to Scottish Widows for a singlepremium pension policy. I still have a letter from Scottish Widows, acknowledging receipt of the Pounds 600 and saying that a policy would be issued.
However, I have no trace of a policy, nor later correspondence from Scottish Widows, so I wrote, asking for help in tracing my pension. I received no reply so I wrote again, but still received no answer. Can you get the company to act? As I am 73, I would like to draw my pension.See the full content of this document
