Ms J.G. writes: In June 2005, I attended a charity event where I bought some raffle tickets. I was fortunate in winning first prize, a ski chalet in Bulgaria. However, I still do not have my chalet. The property company that donated it as a prize says construction has been on hold because permission for the water supply to the resort development has been rescinded. I have struggled over the years to get feedback from the company, with many emails, calls and letters remaining unanswered. Does the property company have any legal obligation towards me?
